The Annual Garage Sale is typically the first weekend after Mother’s Day each year.
Balloons provided to each home that participates
A master list is created with large items and general items for sale at each home
Signs are placed at each Pheasant Hills entrance
The sale is advertised on Nextdoor, Facebook, and miscellaneous Garage Sale sites
QR codes are posted on the signs for shoppers to scan to help find homes that are participating
A small fee is collected from each home who participates to cover the following expenses: The Pheasant Hills Association is covering the fees for 2025
The registration deadline is Monday, May 12, 2025
